Eva Pavić
President & Pilot
Eva is the president of the Women in Aviation Croatia (WIAC) association. She successfully brings us together while motivating us with her core belief: aviation is much closer than most people think.
Eva is a private pilot, entrepreneur, and head of the "Basic Training Program," which is currently being developed in collaboration with academic partners. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and is an active businesswoman; following a career in aviation, real estate, and IT, she also opened beauty salons.
As the founder of Women in Aviation Croatia, she is dedicated to creating visibility, opportunities, and support for future generations entering the world of aviation and STEM fields.
