Magdalena Ištuk
Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and serves as an aeronautical engineer in the Croatian Air Force.
Her passion for aviation began during high school, making the "Rudolf Perešin" Aviation Technical School in Velika Gorica an obvious first choice.
After finishing her mechanical engineering studies, she continued her career path with the Croatian Air Force, working on the development and enhancement of military aviation capabilities.

Throughout her career, she has gained experience in military aircraft maintenance, logistics, project management, and capability development.
Her primary interests center on aircraft maintenance, continuing airworthiness, aviation logistics, complex project management, and advancing modern capabilities for the Croatian Air Force.
Through her work, she aims to contribute to the growth of the aviation profession and encourage young people—especially young women—to pursue careers in STEM and aviation.
